This north-facing site is located on Manly’s coveted Eastern Hill and set in the peaceful environs of St Patricks Estate, adorned with mature Melaleucas in the front gardens.  Our team was engaged to reinvigorate the landscaping surrounding this home designed by Tzannes  Architects.  Our clients desired a modern landscape with a palette of neutral materials that were then complemented by select furnishings and a textural plant palette consisting of a blend of natives and ornamentals.  A water feature provides a sculptural focus to an intimate courtyard adjacent to the living room.
